DETAILED JOB PROFILE OF HEAD VENDING MACHINE SERVICE OPERATIONS
Sr. Position, Responsible for Managing Tea and Coffee Vending Machine Maintenance and Service Operations Across the Country
Reporting to: NATIONAL HEAD – VENDING

1 Planning and Execution of Vending Machine Maintenance. Planning and Execution of Vending Machine Maintenance Procedures And Ensure Implementation Across Operational Locations. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF MACHINES THROUGH PERIODICAL & TIMELY PROCEDURES
2 Plan And Oversee All Compliant Attending, Trouble Shooting, Repair And Installation Activities Plan And Oversee Pan India Compliant Calls, Its Devolvement, Repair and Installation Activities.
3 Allocation, Delegation and Monitoring Allocate works and supervise upkeep staff, Area Incharge, Site In-charge, Service Supervisors and Service Engineers.
4 Manage, Monitor Machine Inventory, Spare Inventory. Manage, Monitor Machine Inventory, Spare Inventory, And Place Orders When Necessary. Ensure AVAILABILITY OF WORKABLE SPARES IN APPROPRIATE NUMBERS.
5 Manage and Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance Manage and Monitor Expenses And Control The Budget for Service Spares & Maintenance. Ensuring the reduction in the cost of part replacement compared to the existing levels. Monitoring all regional maintenance expenses.
6 Work Process indicators: Quality check of vendor services & supplies. Weekly/Monthly reporting to the National Head on issues addressed. Generating weekly/monthly expenses report and Spares requirement. Escalate issues to National head or reporting authority if required. Corrective action Complaint Resolution. Monthly work schedule as per Vending Machine Maintenance schedule. Coordinating with Sales and Operations team during new Location Opening.
7 Machinery, Spares Sourcing and Purchase Management Directs and Manage Activities regarding to Procurement of Vending Machines, Spares and Associated Items.
8 Spare Planning and Purchase Scheduling Estimates Quantities of Material Required for Each Locations, Intimate Vendors. Schedule Procurement and Inward Management.
9 Strategic Planning for Sourcing and Supply Panning and Execution of Integrated Sourcing and Supply Strategies with an inclusive approach so as to ensure that the Quality and Availability of the Machines and Spares are always ensured and the Cost is Always within the Parameters.
10 Vendor  Development Vendor  development and management (Preliminary assessment, vendor development, Vendor Registration, Payment Management / Follow-ups and timely performance evaluation, Registrations / SLAs
11 Supervision & Coordination Coordination with Customers Admin,CREs,Sr.Engineers, Sales Personal informing Other departments related to various works and getting the work done efficiently. Responsible For Entire Service Operations.
12 Training and Development Train the Engineer related:- Technical Trouble Shooting, Machine Cleaning & Servicing, Tea Coffee Preparation,Service, Behavior,Appearance,Cleanliness,Communication,Body Language, Personal Care and Safety etc. Cross training activities for the development and growth of individual. Take training initiatives to ensure team is well equipped & updated.
13 Maintaining Relation Keeping good relation with the customer, be always available for caring customer problems
14 Work Reports- MIS Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Reports/ Department MIS/Cost Report/Inventory MIS etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 Education BE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with Computer Knowledge
2 Experience Proven experience as Maintenance Manager Role with Minimum 10 Years in Tea Coffee Vending Machine Maintenance with Corporate Client Handling Experience.
Solid understanding of technical aspects of Tea Coffee Vending Machines. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Proven experience as a Leader for Maintenance Department of Tea Coffee Vending Machine with a Team Size of 50 plus having Pan India Service Operations.
Person working as a Senior Role/ Manager Role in Vending Machine Maintenance Operation from HUL/Fresh n Honest, Cafe Coffee Day/TATA,Nestle,Godrej etc. preferred.
3 Salary 6 Lakh CTC
